This dish is creating quite a buzz around the park with its perfectly moist roasted salmon encased in crispy golden perfection, garden fresh chimichurri and hearty quinoa! There will be a Culinary Demo and Tasting on how to make Verlasso Salmon Sliders topped with a creamy lemon aioli. Our very own, Jennifer Bushman will be guiding you through this recipe! In this demo she will show you step-by-step how to make the perfect salmon slider by using fresh Verlasso salmon and farm fresh ingredients.
